Three days ago, Captain Bruce Kevin Clark was stationed in Afghanistan skyping his wife, Susan Orellana Clark, all the way back home in Rochester, NY. While in mid-conversation, Susan noticed his husband to be startled and then fall over. She was very worried about his condition until she saw a bullet hole in the closet behind him. She was devastated when she noticed this, then knowing of her husband's condition. Reporters say investigation is still going on, and have recently found out that the incident was not a result of combat or suicide.

I think this is a terrible tragedy. That has to be the absolute words watching a loved one die and especially be a assassinated. I never wish this upon anyone and hope to never encounter it in any way. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Clark family and to all the medical staff still investigating on this case.
I can't imagine how that wife was feeling. Witnessing something like that is one of the most traumatic things to ever have to experience. Her situation with her husband was hard enough without actually seeing him murdered. The family is in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteThis is probs one of the worst stories I've heard. Getting to talk to your loved one and then they are dead the next minute. I hate to hear news like this. I especially pray for all of the Clark family. May they find closure.
ReplyDeleteI agree with those who have already commented, this is indeed a tragedy for the family of the man. It would be good to learn more information on this issue, as well as knowing who did kill this man so he can be punished
ReplyDeleteHearing about a loved one dying is horrible, but I could not imagine what it would be like to see someone die right in front of me. It would be very hard to recover from this mentially.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't imagine dealing with a situation like this. It sucks that even when we think they're safe they're still at risk for something like this to happen. Prayers for their family.
